We begin our gastronomic experience with a visit to a local market where we will appreciate a wide variety of products used in Peruvian cuisine.

Within the Surquillo Market, we will appreciate the great variety of Peruvian products and at the same time we will taste some unique fruits of Peru such as Lúcuma, Aguaymanto, Custard Apple, Pacae. We will also observe a wide variety of land and marine crops from the Peruvian coast considered one of the richest in the world, then we will go to a “very traditional exclusive restaurant in the district of Miraflores” where the chef will receive them with a toast of pisco Sour of welcoming.
