The Quebrada de Kezala is located about 60 kilometers from San Pedro de Atacama, this place contains petroglyphs dating back 3,000 years ago, which show how the caravans of llamas, pastoral work and rituals celebrated by shamans were, also showing the relationship between The human being and the nature of the desert.
We will depart around 7.30 - 8.00 AM from San Pedro de Atacama towards our first stop that will be the Salar de Atacama, where we can observe the 3 species of flamingos that inhabit Chile. We will continue our journey to the town of Talabre, where we will trek through the Kezala gorge of an area of 3 km of petroglyphs. We will end up visiting the town of Toconao, where a local artisan and vineyard will show us, showing us the old forest, a beautiful place in the middle of the driest desert in the world.
